Adapted from a recipe found on Walmart
- Leftover pork tenderloin
- 1/2 bottle KC Masterpiece Garlic Balsamic Marinade
- 8 oz jar dill pickles (chips)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 bottle KC Masterpiece apple cider vinegar bbq sauce
- 1 pkg King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian sweet rolls
Honey Vanilla Butter

First cream the butter with the honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
New Amsterdam Peach Sunrise

Shake peach vodka, orange juice and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker
- 1-1/2 oz Peach Vodka (New Amsterdam)
- 1-1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- wedge Orange - for garnish

- To make 4 ounces of Candy Corn Vodka:
- 1 ounce infused candy corn vodka (recipe to follow)
- 1 ounce Malibu Sunshine Rum
- 2 ounces International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
- Ice
- 1 cup Brach's candy corns
- 4 ounces Smirnoff Whipped Vodka
Crispy Coconut Chicken

- 12 boneless skinless chicken tenders
- Marinade
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce (I like Franks)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Chicken Coating
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pina Colada Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained well)
- 1/4 cup pina colada non alcoholic drink mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Olive Garden Salad and Dressing

1. Combine salad ingredients and toss
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 bag American Blend Dole Mix
- 4-5 slices red onion
- 1 can Black Olives chopped or sliced
- 1/2 cup or more Croutons
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt or clove
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Sweet Onion Dip - aka "Crack Dip"

- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper

Cheesy, Beefy Stuffed Shells

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
- 1/2 pound jumbo pasta shells
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper – use very generously
- 3 clover garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups ricotta (or cottage cheese)
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded (plus more for topping)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for topping)
- 1 large egg, beaten
Apple Bacon Cheddar Mac'n'Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 granny smith apples - peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 leeks - white and light green parts thinly sliced crosswise, rinsed well and drained
- 3/4 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups milk, at room temperature
- 8 ounces sharp white cheddar, coarsely shredded (about 2 cups)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
