Christine's Best Ever Egg Salad

A friend of mine, Christine Brant, made this for my quilting group and it is incredible. I'm not an olive eater, but this is amazing!

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- Brown Mustard
- Salad olives with pimentos, chopped in a jar if possible

Unfortunately I don't know measurements (yet), but as soon as I get this duplicated I'll add them...
I just smash up hard boiled eggs and add mayo and brown mustard and a touch of the liquid the olives come in. I don't measure just add enough to make the eggs moist and easy to spread. I use salad olives with pimentos (these are chopped olives in jar cheaper than whole olives and they are already chopped) I let the olives drain in colander so as not to make the egg salad too runny. If the olives pieces are too chunky just slice them up a little more. Hope this helps.
