Slow-Cooker Beans and Wieners

In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix ingredients
- 1 lb hot dogs, each cut into 4 pieces
- 3 cans (15 oz each) pork and beans in tomato sauce, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (1/2 medium)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Paula and Diana's Slow Cooker Stuffed Green Peppers

This is Paula's recipe adapted to my tastes
- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1/2 pkg. Rice a Roni Spanish Rice
- 1 pounds ground chuck
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 T chopped walnuts
- 1 small egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 Whole tomato (minus an inch and a half) can water
B52 Layered Cocktail Shooter

To make a B-51, build a B-52 with Frangelico hazelnut liqueur rather than Grand Marnier
- 1 part Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 part Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur
Diana's Egg and Cheese Sandwich

- 3 egg yokes
- 2 slices white bread
- softened margarine
- 1 slice American cheese
Lime Jello Parfait

- 1 box lime Jello
- 1 box instant lemon pudding
- green food coloring, optional
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups sugar free Cool Whip
- 1 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish

- 5 cups mashed, boiled Yukon potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
