- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- Cooking spray
- 1 ounce pecorino Romano cheese, shaved (about 1/3 cup)
Cheesy Potato Skins

- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast

In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix potatoes, carrots, onion and gravy from turkey breast
- 3 medium red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
- 8 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges (1/2 cup)
- 1 bone-in turkey breast with gravy packet (5 to 6 lb)
Creamy Crockpot Hot Cocoa {Best Ever!}

Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a crockpot
- 1.5 cups whipping cream
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups of chocolate chips (milk chocolate OR semi-sweet depending on how sweet you like it. I have a heck of a sweet tooth, and I love the milk chocolate, but others prefer the semi-sweet)
Celery Seed Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot and green pepper;set aside
- 3 pounds medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
