It's easy to make classic cranberry sauce at home, and so much tastier than buying a can
- 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh or frozen cranberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
Korean Tuna Pancakes (Chamchijeon)

** Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days
- 1 (5 oz) can of tuna
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Sauce: Mix the following ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- left over onions
Cheeseburger Casserole

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (28-oz.) can chopped tomatoes, with juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Orange Avocado Salad

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- SALAD:
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 2 cups torn red leaf lettuce
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Fast, easy, delicious Slow Cooker soup
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce size) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed vegetable soup, undiluted
- 2 cans (15 ounce size) chili with beans
- 1 can (15 ounce size) succotash, undrained
- 1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10 ounce size) diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, undrained
- 1 can (15 ounce size) butter beans, undrained

In a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish, combine soup and milk
- 10-3/4 oz. can10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1/2c.1/2 c. milk
- 2c.2 c. egg noodles, cooked
- 26-oz. cans2 6-oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1c.1 c. frozen peas
- 2T.2 T. bread crumbs
- 1T.1 T. butter, melted
Diana's Macaroni Tuna Salad

Combine all ingredients, chill and serve
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cans chunk light tuna
- Miracle Whip as required
- 1/2 large Vidalia Onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Delicious apple, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican shredded cheese (optional)
