Preheat the oven to 325°F
- CAKE:
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Unbleached Cake Flour Blend or Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cups pastry cream (from scratch, or pastry cream filling mix)
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Bailey’s Irish liquor.
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (3.4 0z)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
- For the mousse:
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (3.4 0z)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or Bailey’s
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Hot fudge sauce (optional)

- BROWN SUGAR COOKIE:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1-stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- QUICK ICING:
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons milk (any kind)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)

- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce (addition)
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup (additional)
- 2 Tablespoons Argo Cornstarch Mixed With A Little Beef Broth To Make A Thin Paste
