In a 1-quart jar layer oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and peanuts
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, halved
Creamy Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 8 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), cut up
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives or green onions
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold or round red potatoes, cut in thin wedges
- 8 ounces sliced cooked Black Forest ham or country ham, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed bagel chips
- Thyme and/or Italian parsley leaves

1 Spray 5-quart oval slow cooker with cooking spray
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated
- 2 jalapeño chiles, seeded and finely chopped (1/3 cup)
- Cornbread Topping
- 1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ cornbread & muffin mix
- 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style sweet corn
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

In a 6- to 7-quart slow cooker combine the broth, potatoes, sausage, onions, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper
- 4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 pound tiny red or yellow new potatoes
- 14 ounces cooked andouille or kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen small whole onions, thawed
- 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning or crab and shrimp boil seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 ears fresh sweet corn, husks and silks removed and cut crosswise into quarters
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley

- 1/4 cup vinegar

- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 to 4 pound chuck or rump roast

- 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar
- 1 6 ounce container plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled (2 cups)

- 2/3 cup light rum
