Make the ice cream cake: Brush a 3-quart metal bowl with vegetable oil; line with plastic wrap
- For the Ice Cream Cake:
- Vegetable oil, for brushing
- 1 pint raspberry, passion fruit or other sorbet, softened
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs (about 17 crushed wafers)
- 1 loaf pound cake
- For the Meringue:
- 1 cup egg whites (about 6 large), at room temperature
- Pinch of cream of tartar

In a large mixing bowl combine 2 1/4 cups of the flour and the yeast; set aside
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork with Ginger Sauce

Place onions in a 4- or 5-qt
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 boneless pork shoulder butt roast (3 lbs.), trimmed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 4 tsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
- Thinly sliced green onions

Pumpkin Creme Brulee

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 pinches nutmeg
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup coarse sugar or raw sugar

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1 box (4-serving size) strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 12 skin-on chicken drumsticks (3 1/2 to 4 1/4 pounds)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
