Creme Brûlée Sugar Cookies

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350° and line two cookie sheets with parchment
- INGREDIENTS
- FOR THE COOKIES
- 3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- FOR THE FROSTING
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. sugar
Shrimp Spread

In mixing bowl stir cream cheese until smooth
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mild chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans drained, rinsed shrimp
Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing

Cook until chicken is done, debone it and cook until it is bubbly warm
- The soup comes as the above, look for it at Krogers and Wallmart, it is one soup with both ingredients.
Miniature Meat Pies

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- DOUGH:

- 1/2cup1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 3cups3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 to 2tablespoons1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, optional
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon salt
- 1cup1 cup shortening
- 3/4cup3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4cup3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Great Taco Soup

Combine all ingredients in the crockpot
- 2 pounds browned hamburger meat
- 2 cans ranch-style beans, or pinto beans
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 cans diced stewed tomatoes
- 1 can rotel (tomatoes with green chiles)
- 1 pkg. Ranch Style Dressing Mix
- 1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
French Bakery Eclair Cake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups milk
- 3 (4-serving-size) packages instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 (16-ounce) can chocolate frosting
Hillbilly Chili

What To Do: In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat oil; saute onions 5 minutes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 (15-1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans, undrained
- 1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 8 slices cooked bacon, coarsely crumbled
APPLE-CINNAMON MINI PIES

Colonial Gingerbread

- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. ground mace
- Lemon Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tblsp corn starch
- dash of salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 egg yuolks
- 1 tblsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tblsp cider vinegar
- 2 tblsp butter
