Hashbrown Casserole

Spray a 9 X 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 3 cups croutons
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 10 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 30 oz. Ore-Ida country-style hash browns
Watergate Salad

Mix all ingredients. Chill
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 -4 oz. Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1 small can drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows.
- 1 cup pecans.
Best Canned Spinach

Set burner to medium, pour spinach and liquid into a small pot
- 1 can Spinach
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tblsp butter
- 3 Tblsp bacon bits
Pecan Pie Cobbler 1

1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray
- 1 Box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 1/2 cups light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- Butter-flavor cooking spray
- 2 cups pecan halves
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired
B J's Crawfish Corn Chowder

Melt butter and saute' green onions and mushrooms until tender, add cream cheese and stir until melted
- 1 stick butter
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 8 oz. pck cream cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans corn--do not drain
- 2 cans diced potatoes
- 1 lb. crawfish meat
- Tony Chachere's to taste
- 1 pint half and half
- (Can also add shrimp or ham along with the crawfish)

- cup water SAVE $
- 1/2 1/2
- cup molasses
- 1/3 1/3
- cup Dijon mustard
- 1/3 1/3
- cup cider vinegar or white vinegar
Ava's Boston Cream Candy

Mix sugar, Karo, and cream,
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup white Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup pecans
Bobbie Sue's Ice Cream

Mix, Pour into ice-cream freezer
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 4 cans Pet Milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Whole milk added at end, before freezing.
Skinny Shake
