- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves — cut into 1" - 25mm p

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock — or water
- 2 celery stalks — chopped
- 1 green bell pepper — chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Fill crock pot with your favorite cereal, pretzels and nuts. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add 4 tsp worchestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powders, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, dissolve & stir. Pour over cereal & mix.
