B J's Crawfish Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 8 oz. pck cream cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans corn--do not drain
- 2 cans diced potatoes
- 1 lb. crawfish meat
- Tony Chachere's to taste
- 1 pint half and half
- (Can also add shrimp or ham along with the crawfish)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and saute' green onions and mushrooms until tender, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add soup, corn, potatoes, crawfish meat, half & half and Tony's to taste.
Heat until warm. Do NOT boil.
