B J's Crawfish Corn Chowder

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 8 oz. pck cream cheese
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans corn--do not drain
  • 2 cans diced potatoes
  • 1 lb. crawfish meat
  • Tony Chachere's to taste
  • 1 pint half and half
  • (Can also add shrimp or ham along with the crawfish)



Step 1

Melt butter and saute' green onions and mushrooms until tender, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add soup, corn, potatoes, crawfish meat, half & half and Tony's to taste.

Heat until warm. Do NOT boil.
