Ingredients

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 2

    bunches of green onions

  • 8

    oz. fresh mushrooms

  • 1

    8 oz. pck cream cheese

  • 2

    cans cream of potato soup

  • 2

    cans corn--do not drain

  • 2

    cans diced potatoes

  • 1

    lb. crawfish meat

  • Tony Chachere's to taste

  • 1

    pint half and half

  • (Can also add shrimp or ham along with the crawfish)

Directions

Melt butter and saute' green onions and mushrooms until tender, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add soup, corn, potatoes, crawfish meat, half & half and Tony's to taste. Heat until warm. Do NOT boil.
