Sugar coated Pecans ( Lisa)

- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 pound pecans :2 cups
- 1 cup white sugar ( less sugar, 3/4 cup)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Skor Squares

Crush cracker and combine, spray pan
- 1 bag of Skor chips
- 1 Can eagle brand milk
- 1 box Ritz crackers,
- chocolate chips
Soy-Sesame Marinade

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp sugar substitute or brown sugar subsitute
