Carrot Salad
By Tiller
Mix sauce with beater, pour over the above
- sauce:
- 3 pounds carrots (Not too soft) sliced and cooked
- 1 green pepper (good size), cut in rings
- 1 onion (good size), cut in rings
- 1 tin tomato soup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Egg Roll & Plum Sauce

Mix well together, the pork, beaten egg, the seasonings and the spices
- 1 lb ground pork ( can buy shoulder or ham roast, grind it)
- 1 small green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 lb bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- veg oil
- onion , finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp salt ( to meat) add salt to cabbage, veg,
- add sugar, bouillon to meat too
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 lbs eggroll skins
- IN MEAT;
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp per lb of meat chicken bouillon pwd
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- PLUM SAUCE;
- 1/4 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper (maybe less)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup water
Seafood Chowder (Internet2)

Cut fish into bite sized pieces and poach in water 5-6 minutes Drain reserving liquid
- 1 pound seafood( combination of the following Lobster,halibut, haddock, and scallops)
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup of each of the following
- diced red pepper
- diced green pepper
- diced red onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Reserve poaching liquid plus enough fish stock to make up 4 cups
- 1 cup half and half
- salt and pepper to taste
Asian Style Chicken Breast

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, and brush the marinade on the chicken breasts
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 4-6oz each
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Seafood Bouillabaisse

Melt butter with olive oil in a large Dutch oven
- ½ tsp. olive oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fish stock or clam juice
- 10 0z canned tomatoes
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 whole bay leaf
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 lbs. fish fillets cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 cup crab meat, fresh or canned
Barley Soup w/ Chicken Breast

Combine all ingredients except salt and simmer until the barley is cooked, about 45 minutes
- 3 quarts low sodium chicken stock
- 3 cups bite-size chicken breast
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (if desired)
- 1 large parsnip sliced thin
- 1 cup pearl barley
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Dash salt

- 1\4 cup lemon juice
- 1\4 cup lime juice
- 2\3 cup orange juice
- 3\4 cup sugar
- 2- 750ml bottles of red wine
- fruit slices
- ice
- 7-up to taste
BBQ Pork Strip

Combine ingredients and marinate 24hrs
- 2 lbs lean pork roast or shoulder roast
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 1/2 tsp salt & Pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
Chocolate Martinis

Gently heat the cream until it is simmering
- 4 cups 35% cream
- 16 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Irish Cream liqueur
Chilled Avocado Lime Soup with Shrimp and Chilies

This is a cool light summer soup, for a richer version, substitute heavy cream for some or all of the milk
- 10 cooked med shrimp, chilled, deveined and sliced horizontally
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 lbs ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- pinch dried red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
