- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cups chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup firm butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 /12 cup sour cream (1-16 oz container)

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all crust ingredients in large bowl

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
- Filling
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Eggs
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Caramel Stuffed Apple Cider Cookies

Directions Preheat oven to 350° F

- Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 box (7.4 oz) Alpine Spiced Apple Cider Instant Original Drink mix -not sugar free- all 10 packets (I found this in my grocery store near the hot chocolate mixes.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 bag Kraft Caramels (14 oz)
