JELLO SALAD-HOLIDAY

First layer: Strawberry. Dissolve strawberry Jello with 2 cups of boiling water then add strawberries
- 1 (6 oz.) box each of strawberry, lemon, lime Jello
- 1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
- 1 lg. can of crushed pineapple (drain, save 1/2 cup juice)
- 1 box frozen strawberries, thawed
- Use a 12 cup mold or bundt pan
Chicken Club Brunch Ring Recipe

Directions * In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and onion
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 1-3/4 cups cubed cooked chicken breast (1/2-inch cubes)
- 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded lettuce

- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese blend (or desired cheese combo)
- 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 package of flour or corn tortillas
- 1 16-ounce can refried beans
- 1 19-ounce can enchilada sauce (or equivalent of homemade sauce)
- 1/4 cup medium green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/4 C white Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8-10 Cups popped pop corn.
Toffee, Englis (Cheryl Mish)

Combine first 4 ingredients over low heat, string constantly until it boils
- 1 1/3 C butter
- 1 C sugar
- 2/3 C water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup chopped nuts.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- finely chopped nuts.
Creamy Lemon Squares

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- * 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
- * 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * 1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- * 4 large egg yolks
- * 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- * 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 3 lemons)
Blueberry Crumb Cake

Coat 9x13 glass dish with spray
- Topping:
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2-Cups all purpose flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 Cup vegetable shorting
- 1 Cup 2 % milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 Cups fresh or frozen Blueberries
- Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 Cup butter, melted
Kielbasa and Sauce

Boil, drain and slice kielbasa Saute onion in butter, add all ingredients, except meat
- 3 lbs Kielbasa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar

- Ingredients
- Pastry for single-crust pie (9 inches)
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
Mexican Cheese Cake

- CHEESECAKE:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 8 ounce cans of crescent rolls (refrigerated, unperforated if you can find them)
- TOPPING:
- 1 stick of butter, softened (equal to 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
