Chicken Noodle Vegetable Soup

In a 4-qt pot, combine broth, soup, water, thyme, salt and pepper
- 2 - 14 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine.
Italian Tomato Sauce
