Preheat the oven to 250F. Spread the bread cubes in an even layer over two rimmed baking sheets
- 2 loaves white sandwich bread cut until 1/2" cubes
- 3 lbs turkey wings separated at the joints
- 1 1/2 lbs sage sausage without the casings
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (plus extra to grease the baking dish)
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 3 ribs celery, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons table salt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Senate Salad Bowl

Toss together first 5 ingredients in large salad bowl
- Cream Dressing:
- 1 cup torn lettuce leaves
- 1 cup torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup watercress, stems removed
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked shrimp
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 medium grapefruit, sectioned
- 5 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh, frozen or canned
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- pinch pepper
Peach Cobbler

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- For the filling:
- 8 fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced into chunks)
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- For the topping:
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- To sprinkle on top:
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
