Beat eggs first, then add everything else and blend
- 4 cups milk (I use 1% or 2%)
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup of sugar (I do 1/2 equivalent of Stevia to keep sugar content down). Some may like it sweeter and then I recommend doing a cup equivalent of sugar. We like it a bit milder.

Preheat oven to 350F. Place 2 Cups of Almonds in a cookie pan and bake them for about 7-9 minutes
- For Almond Butter
- 2 Cups of Raw almonds

- 1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract

Divide the banana and mash the largest portion in a medium bowl along with all other wet ingredients

- 1 cup soy milk (or other)
- 1/2 heaped tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg (or to taste)
