1. Remove stones from dates

Make cake: Preheat oven to 350°F
- For cake
- 12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 12 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For glaze
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 9 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Make sure you have plenty of these gluten free blueberry cookies on hand, they make a great everyday treat!
- 1/4 cup fat, softened (I recommend dairy-free butter substitute or real butter, if not dairy-free, for best flavor in this recipe.)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (peel)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Banana Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 large old bananas
- 1 cup of quick oats
- handful of chocholate chips

- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 packets stevia or other sugar substitute

- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped (optional)

- 1 onion- peeled and chopped
- 1 garlic clove- peeled and crushed
- Pinch each of nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste

- 125 g dairy-free margarine (I used Nuttelex) // or softened unslated butter

- 80 g icing sugar
