    cups milk (I use 1% or 2%)

    cup of sugar (I do ½ equivalent of Stevia to keep sugar content down). Some may like it sweeter and then I recommend doing a cup equivalent of sugar. We like it a bit milder.

Beat eggs first, then add everything else and blend. Don't over mix. Place in 7" casserole dish (or preferred pan) Trivet in bottom of IP Stainless Steel liner along with water 1-2 cups under the trivet) then put casserole dish in (I recommend a sling so you can remove when done so you can enjoy right away) Place on manual high pressure cooking for 7-8 minutes with 10 minutes or so of NPR. Ready to eat! Wonderful topped with fresh berries.
