Cinnamon and Honey Gluten Free Pancakes

Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set them aside
- 3/4 c brown rice flour
- 1/4 c potato starch
- 1/4 c tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp canola oil*
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 c almond milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, racks in the top third
- 3 large, ripe bananas, well mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, barely warm - so it isn't solid (or alternately, olive oil)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup coconut, finely shredded & unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 - 7 ounces chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar chopped

- 1 teaspoon anise, lemon, almond or more vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons white rice flour (or brown rice flour)
- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill non-GMO cornstarch (or potato starch for corn-free)
- 1 1/3 teaspoons gluten-free aluminum-free baking powder (Rumford or Featherweight is corn-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (or guar gum)

- 1/4 cup of grade B maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 pasture-raised egg
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups quinoa
- 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 – 4 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese (or more to taste), crumbled

- 2 cups creamy peanut butter (I use Skippy Naturals, with 3g sugar)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda (Arm & Hammer or other GF brand)

Toast hazelnuts in a frying pan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned
- 1 1/2 oz hazelnuts or walnuts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup blond cane sugar
- 8 tbsp (4 oz) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 plain whole yogurt
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup quinoa flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
