  • 1 tbs cococnut oil/olive oil
  • 1/2 sliced leek
  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup peas (I used frozen)
  • Small handful fresh rosemary
