Ingredients

  • 1

    cup White Wheat Flour

  • 1/4

    cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1

    teaspoon Cream of Tartar

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Sea salt

  • 1

    stick Unsalted Butter or Earth Balance Butter, room temperature

  • Heaping 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 3/4

    teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/4

    teaspoon Chile Powder

  • 1

    Tablespoon Almond Milk

Directions

Mix the following in a small bowl: 1 cup White Wheat Flour 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt In a separate bowl, cream together the following: 1 stick Unsalted Butter or Earth Balance Butter, room temperature Heaping 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon Chile Powder Add the dry to the wet before adding: 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk Roll the dough out into a large log. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30-45 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy! Keep cookies chilled in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
