- 3 Tbsp. cocoa (dark or regular unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup warm milk or dairy free milk
- 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup oil (canola, soy, corn or melted coconut oil)
- 1/4 cup molasses

- 1 (13.66 ounce) can full fat coconut milk, chilled
