Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Cake:
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 4 cups powdered sugar (confectioners' sugar)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 to 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon siracha hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 box (3.4 ounces) INSTANT Vanilla Pudding Mix (just the mix, don't make the pudding)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup red and blue sprinkles (or any colors)
- 3/4 cup 4th of July M&Ms (or any color of M&M)

Combine water, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, and yeast in large bowl and let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes
- 1 cup water, heated to 110 degrees
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant or rapid-rise yeast
- 3 cups (15 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 quarts vegetable oil

Cover lentils by 2 inches with water, add bay and onion and bring to a boil
- 1/2 pound lentils
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 1 small onion, peeled and halved
- 4 large cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 fresh sausages, pork, chicken or lamb, hot or sweet
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, a generous handful, finely chopped

- 1 can (396g)(14 oz)of Sweetened Condensed Milk
