Shake: Brownie Batter

1.Mix all ingredients in a blender
- Milkshake:
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups dry brownie mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- Brownie Batter Whipped Cream:
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup dry brownie mix
French Toast: Stuffed French Toast

Batter: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well until incorporated
- Batter:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Batter is enough for 6 (1-inch thick) slices challah bread
- Note: Use 1 + 1/2 batter recipe for a whole loaf of bread
- Filling (make a lot, filling can be halved):
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/8 cup orange juice
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/4 cup sugar, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Note: Great served with cranberry sauce (found in Thanksgiving recipes)
Cookies: No Bake Monster Cookies

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- optional: 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini M&M's

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 50 caramels (14 oz. bag)
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Ice Cream: Magic Strawberry Ice Cream

1. Process strawberries in food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds (puree should measure about ¾ cup)
- 8 ounces strawberries, hulled (1 1/2 cups)*
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ounce white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vodka
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
- You can use 6 ounces of thawed, frozen berries in place of fresh ones and bar white chocolate in place of the chips—chop it finely before melting it. If you plan to store the ice cream for more than a few days, place plastic wrap directly on its surface.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal

- 4 egg whites
- One 16-ounce box golden pound cake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- Filling
- 2 teaspoons very hot water
