Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs

Combine all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a saucepan over high heat
- Barbeque Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
- Ribs:
- 4 lbs. baby back pork ribs
Thanksgiving: Roasted Turkey Breast with Injected Brine

For the stock: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- TURKEY STOCK (OR USE STORE-BOUGHT):
- Unsalted butter, for the roasting pan
- 3 pounds turkey parts, such as wing tips, necks, backs and/or tails
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 1 medium carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 stalk celery, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- BRINE:
- 1 cup turkey stock
- 1 cup mayonnaise, such as Duke's
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- EVERYTHING ELSE:
- One 5-pound, bone-in whole turkey breast
- 2 bunches broccoli rabe, stems trimmed, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 1/4 cups apple cider

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- Icing: (Note: May need to 1.5 recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar or 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon clear corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon white vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water (approx. may need more to make icing smooth)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Celery Seed Dressing

1. Stir the sugar, mustard, salt, and celery seed together in a medium bowl
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon celery seed (not celery salt)
- 2 tablespoons grated yellow onion
- 2 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ cup peanut or canola oil
