- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups cold, cooked rice, such as basmati
- 2 cups roughly chopped Italian parsley, with tender stems

- 1/2 cup finely diced sweet onion, such as Vidalia
- Zest of 1 lemon

In a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, combine the pork, garlic and green onions
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, (green part only)

- Drizzle of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Napa cabbage leaves to line the bamboo steamer

Whipped Coconut Oil Moisturizing Cream

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Note:
- 1 CUP COCONUT OIL (UNREFINED) (must be in solid state in order to achieve whipped consistency)
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Oil
- 2 tbsp ALOE VERA GEL
- 1 tbsp olOlive Oil
- OPTIONAL: mix in 20 drops essential oil for light scent (Lavender, lemongrass, and vanilla work great!!)
- If you don’t have organic unrefined coconut oil substitute refined coconut oil, shea butter, or cocoa butter instead.
- If you don’t have sunflower seed oil use all olive oil, or part hemp oil or jojoba oil.
Bourbon Chicken

Season chicken with salt & pepper
- Chicken:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt & pepper
- Cornstarch for dusting the chicken pieces
- Sauce:
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple juice + 1/2 cup water (or sub out the apple juice and water for 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth)
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce (maybe try less)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Chopped green scallions (optional garnish)
