- 2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/4 tsp. yeast
