Margarita Wine Punch

Combine two of the best drinks in the world, wine and margaritas, in this delicious drink recipe
- 3 (6-ounce) cans thawed frozen concentrate for limeaid
- 1 (12-ounce) can thawed frozen concentrate for lemonade
- 1 bottle cold dry white wine, such as Chablis or Chenin Blanc (total of 9 cups wine)
- Liter or cans of Sprite on the side.
Quinoa, Spinach, and Feta Scramble

In a large bowl, whisk eggs with salt
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 large tomato, cored and diced into 1" pieces
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta, divided
- 4 slices wholegrain toast, for serving
Steak And Bell Pepper Kabobs

In a large bowl, combine the wine, olive oil, grilling rub, salt and beef sirloin and stir to coat the meat evenly
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons beef grilling rub
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin cut into 1" pieces
- 1 red bell pepper seeded, and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper seeded, and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper seeded, and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup molasses and rum grilling sauce

- 1 cup dry great Northern beans
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups chopped ham

Corn and black bean salsa

- 1 can whole corn or 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed

- 1/2 T ground cumin

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg (10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1-2 celery stalks
- pepper to taste
- 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 cups French's French Fried Onions
Merlot’d Beef and Sun-Dried Tomato Ragoût

1. Heat 1 T. reserved oil from sun-dried tomatoes in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot
- 1 jar (7 ounces) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, 3 Tablespoons oil reserved
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 pounds), cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) beef consomme
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium orange or yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 C. Merlot or other red wine
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. cornstarch
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles
