Taco Soup

Place all ingredients in crock pot (do not drain any of the vegetables except the corn) and simmer on LOW for 6-8 h...
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned or half of a roasted chicken, skinned and cut into small pieces
- 1 can (11 to 15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chile peppers
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
PRALINE PECAN CAKE

In large bowl, blend cake mix and instant pudding
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs (room temp.)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 3/4 c. Praline liqueur
- 1/2 c. Heath Bits 'O Brickle
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE

- 2 Tbs. white corn syrup

- 3 Tbs. dry strawberry flavored gelatin

Southern Grits Casserole

- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 large pkg. strawberry Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
SENSATIONAL DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE

Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened*
- 1 Tbs. milk or half & half
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 Keebler graham cracker crust (6 oz.)
- 1 c. milk or half & half
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- *Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds.
BANANA BARS
