Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix

  • 4 eggs (room temp.)

  • 1/2 c. oil

  • 1/4 c. maple syrup

  • 3/4 c. Praline liqueur

  • 1/2 c. Heath Bits 'O Brickle

  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

In large bowl, blend cake mix and instant pudding. Add eggs, oil, maple syrup, and Praline liqueur. Beat at low speed until thoroughly mixed, then at medium speed 3-4 minutes. Stir in Heath Bits and pecans. Bake in well-greased Bundt pan at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes then remove cake from pan and cool. Top with glaze and garnish Glaze 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar 2 Tbs. melted butter 3-6 Tbs. Praline liqueur In small bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat, adding liqueur gradually to achieve desired consistency. Pour over cake. Garnish with chopped pecans and brickle.
