- 3 Tbs. cold water
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. sweetened, condensed milk or honey
- 1 large unpeeled apple
- 2 Tbs. chopped nuts
CHEESY CHICKEN FLORENTINE

- 2 pkg. (12-oz. each) Stouffer's frozen Spinach Soufflé, defrosted
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coarse fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbs. margarine, melted
ORANGE JULIUS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds
- 6 oz. can (2/3 c.) frozen orange juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5-6 ice cubes
Italian Sausage Soup

In a stockpot or Dutch oven, brown sausage with garlic
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can great Northern beans, undrained
- 2 small zucchini, cubed
- 2 cups spinach - packed, rinsed and torn
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
20 MINUTE CHICKEN PARMESAN

- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbs. grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
MEATLOAF

- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 Tbs. salt

- 2-10 oz. pkg. frozen, sweetened strawberries
- 1 cup whipping cream

CROCKPOT BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot on low to medium heat
- 2 (10 ounce) cans canned chicken, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. reduced fat cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups reduced fat Ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Tortilla chips, for dipping
LEMON CHICKEN
