BAILEY’S BANANA COLADA (BBC)

- 1 small banana
- 2 Tbs. banana liqueur
- 1 Tbs. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- pina colada mix
- ice
- 2 Tbs. dark rum
KOOL-AID PUNCH

- 2 c. sugar
- 2 pkgs. unsweetened Kool-Aid
- 5 c. water
- 1 46-oz. can pineapple juice
- 1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- Add lots of ice
TANGY BERRY PUNCH

- Mix together:
- 2 cans (46 oz. each) pineapple juice
- 2 cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- Puree in blender or food processor:
- 5 bananas
- 2 bags (16 oz. each) frozen whole unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 c. water
MEXICAN CHICKEN KIEV

- 4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 3 Tbs. sharp cheese spread
- 3 Tbs. diced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. MSG
- 2 Tbs. chopped green chilies
- 1/4 c. cheddar cheese crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 Tbs. taco seasoning mix
PUMPKIN PIE

Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in the sugars, salt and spices
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2/3 c. (5 1/2-oz. can) evaporated milk
- 1 9-in. pie crust, unbaked
"THE" RECIPE FOR BREAKFAST EGGS

- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. half and half
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
BAKED BREAKFAST

- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 slices square sandwich bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. grated cheese (Colby or American)
- 8 oz. shaved ham (or crumbled bacon

- 2 c. milk

- Salt
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and cut in 1/4” strips (save 2 tbs. Bacon grease)
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
NUTTY PRALINE BARS

- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1/4 c. praline liqueur
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
