- 1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise (one of my Favorites)
- 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce ( I prefer Heinz or DelMonte. DO NOT substitute Thai Chili Sauce)
- 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup light olive oil

Layered Enchilada Bake

HEAT oven to 400ºF. BROWN meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
Em's Mac n' Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch cayenne
- 2 1/2 cups grated Cheddar (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Essence
Lemony White Chocolate Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325°. Place a 9-in
- FILLING:
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 10 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- White baking chocolate curls and lemon peel strips, optional
Chocolate Margarita

Chocolate syrup (can be made up to a week ahead)
- For Chocolate Syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For Margarita
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Cointreau
- 1/2 cup chocolate liqueur
- 1 tsp freshly ground canela (Mexican cinnamon)
- Shaved chocolate for the rim
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup for rim
- Chocolate for garnish
Lemon Pull Aparts

Cut rolls in half and place in a greased 9×13" pan
- Rolls:
- 12 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Egg Salad With Yogurt and Dill

Cut each egg in half and place in food processor bowl
- 8 large eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill (may substitute 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Strawberry Kool-Aid Pie

Add all the ingredients together and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 - 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 - 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 - pack of unsweetened Strawberry or Lemonade Kool -Aid
- 1 - 9 inch Graham Cracker or Nilla Wafer Pie Crust
Crockpot Salisbury Steak

This recipe goes together quickly and does not need a lot of time in the slow cooker
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 envelope (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cans (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry au jus mix
- 3/4 cup water
