Pizza Balls

Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares
- 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can)
- 56 pepperoni slices
- block of Colby cheese
- 1 beaten egg,
- Parmesan
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Pineapple Banana Pie

Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix all crust ingredients
- Honey Graham Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (20 squares)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- Filling
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained and juice reserved
- 1 package (4-serving size) pineapple-flavored sugar-free gelatin
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves or toasted coconut, if desired
Pretzel Jello

Combine pretzels, brown sugar, and melted butter and press into a greased 9 X 13 pan
- 2 1/2 c. pretzels (crushed fine)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 (6 oz) pkg instant strawberry jello
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries or small container (16 oz) sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 ( 8 oz ) pkg cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cool whip
Sticky Pear Crescents

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 large ripe pears, peeled, cored
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Apple Butter Spice Bars

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
- 1 package spice cake mix
- 2 packets (0.74 ounce each) spiced cider drink mix
- 1 1/4 cups apple juice
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried sliced apples, chopped
- 1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Pineapple Banana Bread

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas (4 to 5 medium)
Reese's Peanut Butter Popcorn

1. Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and salt to taste
- 8 cups plain popcorn (we use air-popped popcorn)
- Fine salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Martini

A Martini made with vodka infused with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, yum!
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Martini:
- 2 1/2 ounces Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka, recipe below
- 4 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
- 4 mini peanut butter Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka:
- 6 ounces good quality vodka (I used Tito’s)
- 1/4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (I used a little more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- pepper and salt to taste
- 5 flour tortillas (the larger ones)

- sliced tomatoes

North Pole Strawberry Smoothie

1. Place strawberries and water in blender
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries in syrup, partially thawed and undrained
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla reduced-fat yogurt
- 1 strawberry-flavored or peppermint candy cane, about 6 inches long, finely crushed
