Bailey's Vanilla Bean Fudge

Line a 9x9 inch pan with foil and coat with a little butter or nonstick spray
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (40% milk fat)
- 1/2 cup plus one tablespoon Baileys Irish cream
- 2 cups good quality white chocolate chips
- 1/2 vanilla bean scraped, reserving seeds
- 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme

Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 ounces Godiva dark chocolate bars, coarsely chopped (2 1.5 oz bars)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 pound white chocolate
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or 12 ounces of chocolate

- 1/3 pound ground beef

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese (7 oz)

- 1 cup pasta sauce

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 extra-large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Peaches and Cream Cake

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen sliced peaches, thawed
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (do not use margarine)
- 2 tablespoons peach-flavored liqueur
- 2 to 4 2 to 4 tablespoons whipping cream or milk
- 3 tablespoons peach preserves
Italian Spumoni Cupcakes

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 3/4 of box (4-serving size) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1/4 cup cherry juice (from jar of maraschino cherries)
- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped chocolate frosting
- 18 whole maraschino cherries with stems
Strawberry Shortcake Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 12 ounces strawberries, hulled and cut into 1/4-inch dice (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- Sanding sugar, for sprinkling
Raspberry Vanilla Jam

In a dutch oven or stainless steel pot add the berries and sugar
- 2 - 6oz packages of Raspberries
- 1 vanilla bean - split in half
- 1 cup sugar (3 T. Flex batch pectin)
