Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Floured cooking spray
- 3 stick butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour (recommended: White Lily)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons orange extract
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 box confectioners' sugar (more or less depending on desired frosting consistency)
- 1 small can coconut
Hawaiian Turtle Cups

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt vanilla chips; stir until smooth
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla or white chips
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 18 caramels
- 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
- 12 dried pineapple pieces, chopped
White Chicken Enchilada

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 soft taco shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chillies

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved
- 1-3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) tropical fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes

- Cake:
- 1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Ellie's Roasted Bacon Pecans

- 1/2 cup ripe fresh strawberries, chopped

- SWEET CHAMPAGNE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
- 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature

- 3 tablespoons champagne, room temperature
- If you like a lot of frosting on your cupcakes you might want to actually double this amount!
