In large saucepan, heat sugar, butter, salt and cream until combined
- 3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pinch of salt
- 3 cup white chocolate morsels

White Chocolate Decadence

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 C butter
- 1/2 C white chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Frosting
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/3 C white chocolate, chopped
- 3 C powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream (or more to right consistency)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Blow Pop Martini

Combine liquid ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well
- 2/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and strained to remove solids
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup bubble-gum flavored vodka
- 4 tbsp sour apple, sour watermelon or berry blue sour liqueur
- 12 small lollipops, unwrapped, for garnish if desired
Smoky Yukon Gold Potato Chowder

Cut leeks in half lengthwise; thinly slice crosswise
- 2 large leeks, white and light green parts only
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) salted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) smoked paprika
- 2 lbs (1 kg) Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups (1 L) unsalted chicken stock
- 1 can (14.5 oz or 398 mL) no-salt-added Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) 2% milk
- 3 oz (90 g) extra sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) reduced-fat sour cream
- Snipped fresh chives and additional smoked paprika (optional)
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE COOKIES

- 12 ounces strawberries, hulled and cut into 1/4-inch dice (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Polvoron With Cashews (Filipino Shortbread)

Polvoron is a shortbread cookie/candy and a delicacy in the Philippines
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups powdered whole milk (ex ( Nestle Nido)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup of crushed cashews (optional)
- 30 pieces paper, cellophane cut into 5-inchx5-inch squares (will be used for wrapping each Polvoron)
Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Drain and rinse black beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 1 can Rotel, undrained
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 8 oz package light cream cheese
- 2 chicken breasts
Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker

Place the sausage, ketchup, sugar and pineapple in the slow cooker and mix together
