Banana Snack Cake

In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons 2% milk
- 2-1/2 to 3 cups confectioners' sugar
Whatchamacallit Cupcakes

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees (F)
- For the brownies you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 5 Whatchamacallit candy bars, cut into four pieces each
- For the caramel topping you’ll need:
- 20 About 20 unwrapped caramel candies
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Godfather's Streusel Dessert Pizza

Mix together streusel ingredients with a pastry knife, then side aside
- Pizza dough
- 1 TBSP butter, melted (or 1 TBSP oil)
- Cinnamon
- Streusel (makes enough mix for 3 pizzas)
- 1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup bread flour
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP solid shortening
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Icing
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 TBSP water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Purple Rain

Mix ingredients together with ice, add to a Collins glass
- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Blue Curacao
- 2 parts Grenadine
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- dash of Lime Juice
- or
- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Blue Curacao
- 1 part Cranberry juice
Cake Batter Fudge

Mix cake mix and icing sugar in microwave-safe bowl
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine, cut into small squares
- 1/4 cup milk or 1/8 cup soy milk
- sprinkles (optional)

- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 eggs
- oil for frying
Maple Walnut Fudge

Line an 8 inch square pan with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp maple extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Key Lime Pie Fruit Dip

Pour all above ingredients into a medium size bowl and blend with a mixer until smooth

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 box vanilla/white cake mix
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Boozy Bourbon Chocolate Cupcakes

- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® devil's food cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Filling
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 6 oz semisweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- Frosting
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme (1 3/4 cups)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored vodka
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Garnish
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
