- 2 cups flaked or shredded coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds, if desired

- 1 1/4 cups LAND O LAKES® Unsalted or Salted Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 LAND O LAKES® Eggs
- 3 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Unbleached Flour
- 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/3 cup Smucker’s® Strawberry Preserves
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
Brown Butter Sweet Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 5 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup salted butter, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- Topping
- 2 1/4 cups crushed corn flakes (begin with about 5 cups and crush to about 2 1/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (I used pre-chopped pecan chips to save time)
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup salted butter, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
