These vanilla scones are perfect for breakfast, brunch or just a snack
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons milk
- A little bit of vanilla bean

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Dough:
- 2 cups (500mL) Robin Hood® All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp (15mL) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) salt
- 2 tbsp (30mL) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125mL) butter, cubed
- 1 cup (250mL) milk
- Additional flour for rolling
- 6 tbsp (90mL) Smucker’s® Pure Raspberry Jam
- 1 tsp (5mL) orange zest
- 1/4 cup (50mL) butter, softened
- 1 tbsp (15mL) butter, melted

Melt butter in a heavy-bottom sauce pan, over medium-low heat
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbl. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt (omit if you use salted butter)

- 4 jasmine tea bags
- 3 oz. arborio rice
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 kiwi, finely diced, 4 slices reserved
- 5 strawberries, finely diced, 4 slices reserved
- 4 spring roll wrappers
- Vanilla Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. grated lime zest
- 1/4 vanilla bean
