BLT Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1-1/4 cups diced celery
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Cook noodles in boiling salted water
- 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese, creamed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Chicken Broccoli Pasta Skillet w/ Parmesan

Season the chicken with salt and pepper
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch squares
- Table salt and ground black pepper
- 3 T. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 6 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how much kick you want it to have)
- 16 oz. of ziti or penne
- 6 1/2 C. of water broth mixed with 5 boullion cubes
- 4-5 C. broccoli florets (depending on how much broccoli you want)
- 1/2 a jar of oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped coarse (I get the tomatoes with the italian seasonings)
- 3/4 C. heavy cream
- 3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese, or asiago cheese
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
Pear-White Pepper Tiramisu

Toss the pear, pear juice, brandy, granulated sugar, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl
- 1 firm pear (such as Anjou or Bartlett), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pear juice or nectar
- 1/2 cup pear brandy
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 8-ounce containers mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground white pepper
- 27 soft ladyfingers
Berry Fullfilling Jamba Juice

Blend together
- 4 oz. raspberry juice
- 8 oz. enlightened base
- 2 scoops strawberries
- 1 scoop raspberries
- 1 scoop blueberries
- 1 scoop ice
Corn Salsa With Lime

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for about an hour
- 4 cups (20 oz) cooked sweet yellow corn, cut
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 scallion, diced
- 1-2 jalapeños, diced (remove seeds unless you like it really spicy)
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 limes, juice of
- chipotle chili powder, to taste
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
Eggnog Coffee Cake

Grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with shortening
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup lightly toasted flaked coconut (Mounds or Angel Flake brand)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle brand)
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
