This recipe for Latte Fudge is a keeper! The hint of espresso is perfect in these decadent, dark and rich treats
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups half and half or light cream
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder or 3 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
- 3 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts (Filberts)
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted (optional)
- Coffee beans (optional)

- 1/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese for sprinkling
Creamy White Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided (2 cups)
- 1 oz. finely shredded Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
- 1 oz. finely shredded Romano cheese (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Better Than Sex Chex Mix

This recipe's title says it all
- 8 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, mini size
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup caramel bits (found by the chocolate chips in the baking aisle, or chop up regular caramels)
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate baking chips (or more if you're a huge chocolate fan)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate baking chips
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Parfait

Crumble: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For Oat Crumble:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For Cinnamon Apple Compote:
- 4-5 apples (preferably lady alice), peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water, or more if necessary

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 1 package (3 ounces) peach, apricot or orange gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1-1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 extra-servings-size graham cracker crust (9 ounces)

Preheat oven to 350° F . Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and coat with canola or vegetable spray
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 28 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
- 28 ounces shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 cups Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chunks
Texas White Sangria

Bring first 3 ingredients and 1/2 cup mint leaves to a boil in a saucepan medium heat
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, divided
- 1 (750-mililiter) bottle dry white wine
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups club soda, chilled
French Fry Deluxe Salad

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat
- 3 cups frozen curly french fries (about 9 ounces)
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickle, plus a splash of pickle juice from the jar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 romaine hearts, torn
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Toasted sesame seeds, for topping (optional)
- Bake the french fries as the label directs until crisp. Let cool.
