Breakfast Pizza

Preheat oven to 375°. Separate dough into triangles
- 1 (8-ounce) can reduced-fat refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
- Cooking spray
- 12 ounces turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) carton egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Lemon Cheesecake Cheese Ball

Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl
- 10 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- 4 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 graham crackers
Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 425° F
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup White Chocolate Raspberry International Delight Creamer
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups fresh red raspberries
- 1/2 to 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Pronto Taco Soup

In a large saucepan, cook the beef, onion and garlic until meat is not longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-1/2 cups picante sauce
- 1 cup uncooked spiral or small shell pasta
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips
Hawaiian Wedding Cake

Prepare and bake cake mix according to package Bake in a 10x15 inch pan
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
Pecan Praline Baked French Toast

Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each
- French Toast
- Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
- Praline Topping, recipe follows
- Maple syrup
- Praline Topping
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Combine all praline ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well. Makes enough for Baked French Toast Casserole.
Mississippi Mud Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Icing:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grinch Cookies

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, food color and egg until soft dough forms
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 6 to 8 drops green food color
- 1 egg
- 1 package Andes Mints; chopped
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
