Cheesy Taco Mac & Cheese

PREPARE Dinner in large saucepan as directed on pkg
- 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
- 2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Fruit Trifle

Layer fruit in a large bowl or trifle bowl
- fresh pineapple
- fresh strawberries
- seedless green grapes
- seedless red grapes
- bananas
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 (3.25 oz) package instant banana cream pudding
Tequila Sunrise Cake

Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Cake
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- the zest of one large orange
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp Curacao
- 2 Tbsp Tequila
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- a drop or two of red food coloring
- Curacao Glaze
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice (no pulp)
- 2 Tbsp Curacao
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Optional Topping: 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Apple Toffee Blondies With Brown Sugar Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Apple Toffee Blondies:
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup peeled, cored, chopped tart apple, 1 large
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- For the Brown Sugar Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
Nutella Chocolate Souffles

Preheat the oven to 350°
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened special dark cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3 large eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons Nutella
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

For the cookie dough: In a medium bowl, combine the butter and sugars for the cookie dough
- Crust:
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (I like to use chocolate Teddy Grahams but you could use any chocolate wafer cookie or even Oreos)
- Filling:
- 4 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream (I used light and it worked just fine)
- Cookie Dough:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon water or milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- An additional 1 cup mini chocolate chips to fold into the batter with the cookie dough balls
- Garnish:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar while whipping if you like a bit of extra sweetness)
- Mini chocolate chips, for sprinkling
Asian Pork Tenderloin

Rinse and pat dry the pork loin
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 2 2 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
- 1 1 2 TBSP Brown Sugar Splenda (or 2 TBSP regular brown sugar)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1 1 TBSP corn starch
- 1 1 1/2 1/2 reduced-sodium chicken broth (or 1/2 cup regular chicken broth plus 1/2 cup water)
- thinly sliced green onions for garnish
Potato Croquettes

Add milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion, beaten egg yolks and flour to mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sifted dried bread crumbs
- Peanut oil, enough to fill pan 1/2-inch
Chocolate-Amaretto Cupcakes

Heat oven to 350°F. Place foil or paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups
- Cupcakes
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- Frosting
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon amaretto or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Topping
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate-flavor syrup
Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower and Ham

- 1 head cauliflower (about 2 1/2 pounds), cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh sage leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1/3 pound sliced boiled ham, cut into ribbons
