Smashed Parmesan Potatoes

Combine the potatoes in a large pot of water
- 3 pounds baby red-skinned potatoes, unpeeled, halved
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Simple Hamburger Hot Dish

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package
- 3 cups uncooked rotini pasta (8 oz)
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (4 oz)
French Dip Crescents with Au Jus

French Dip Crescent Directions: Unroll crescents onto a large cookie sheet
- Au Jus:
- 2 packages crescent rolls, 8 count
- 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Swiss or provolone cheese, cut in 16 equal sized pieces
- optional: Horseradish Sauce
- optional: Au Jus for dipping
- olive oil, just enough to saute
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (I use jarred)
- 1/8 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon flour
