- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder (slightly Rounded Teaspoons)
- 3/4 cups Milk
- Water As Needed To Get Dough To Come Together
- Vegetable Shortening Or Lard For Frying

- 1 unsliced loaf sourdough bread
- 12-16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced

- FILLING:
- 2 (8-ounce) cans Reduced Fat Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or swiss cheese (or any cheese of choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese (very soft) * I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese*
- 2 tablespoons butter, very soft but not melted
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced onion flakes
- 2 large cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped, or use about 2 cups,
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 to 2 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)

- For Apple Pie Filling:
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice
- 2 large granny smith apples (or other baking apple of choice), peeled, and diced into small chunks
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp apple pie or pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of salt
- 2-3 packets of sweetener, (or to taste)
- Optional: 1(8 oz) Container Fat Free or Light Cool Whip

In large skillet, cook squash, covered in boiling water, for 8-10 minutes or until tender
- 4 pounds yellow squash, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs, divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

- Pie dough: enough for 1 9-inch crust
- 2 ounces (4 tbsp) melted butter
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon, divided use
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cake and cookie flavoring (optional)

- 3 long cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup crab meat, excess water removed
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (Tabasco or tapito)
- 1 tsp brown mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs minced green onion
- Garnish with chili powder or paprika if desired

- 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce ( I prefer Heinz. DO NOT substitute Thai Chili Sauce)
- 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- juice of one lemon
