Stick your fries in the oven/fryer to cook
- 250 g (9oz) beef steak mince
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 2 bread buns
- 2 slices of cheese (you're choice, I like Gouda because it melts well and I can say "It's all gouda, baby!")
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/2 handful coriander (cilantro), chopped
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Hot sauce
- BBQ sauce
- Jalapeños
- Nachos (whatever flavour you want)
- Salt + pepper
- Fries
Mexican Pizza

1. Heat oven to 350. 2
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can (14 oz.) re-fried beans
- 1 can (12 oz.) Enchilada Sauce
- 1 package flour tortilla shells
- 1 package shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- sliced green onions
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Add oats and chia seeds to blender; blend on high until texture of flour
- 1/4 cup uncooked oats (old fashioned rolled oats recommended; do not use steel cut oats)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
- 1/2 cup fresh quartered strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh banana slices
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, optional (or substitute preferred sweetener)

To Make the Crust: 1
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups salted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- For the Filling:
- 14 ounces soft caramel candies (about 50 individual caramels), unwrapped
- 1/3 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- optional – 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Creamy Dijon Chicken

Heat 2tbsn oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken until cooked through and browned
- 4 large skinless & de-boned chicken breasts (Left whole, cubed or flattened)
- 2 large leeks, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 250 ml (8.45 fluid ounces) cream
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt & pepper to taste
- starch of your choice to serve
- fresh Parsley to serve
- olive oil for frying
